| Hotel Boost Consultancy is run by Daniel G Desmonts. His career in the Hotel and Catering industry began in the kitchen of the George V Hotel in Paris progressed through to the Savoy in London, the Mandarin group in Hong Kong and included projects at the Riviera Hotel in Taipe and the New Century Hotel and Casino in Macau. | |||||||||||
| Experience started as a chef and progressed through, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Food & Beverage Director, Executive Assistant Manager, Resident Manager, General Manager and Regional / Area Manager. Included within his role as a consultant came further experience in Project & Development Director. | |||||||||||
